Overview
We are seeking a passionate mid-senior member to join our Biz-dev / Sales team. You will lead scaling our blockchain / NFT infrastructure businesses, focusing on the creative and cultural industries both domestically (Japan) and globally.
Our blockchain infrastructure empowers institutional clients, including major IP holders, sports teams, government bodies, cultural retails and tourism and so forth, to protect and distribute their creative assets to the mass of new generation customers in-real-life.

Once you are here you will:
- Plan and execute business expansion strategy both domestically in Japan and globally.
- Execute acquiring clients and also cooperate with colleagues regarding system development and operation.
- Manage business KPIs and lead sales activities to drive mass adoption of our products
- Promote strategic cooperation and alliances with external business partners, e.g. marketing / creative agencies, event planners / aggregators, digital consultants, etc.
- Support our company-wide strategy design

Who You Are – Requirements:
- Skills to think logically, prioritize issues, and identify the solutions
- Experience in scaling out B2B services as either a biz-dev or a sales member
- Experience in communicating with clients (both newly acquiring / existing clients)
- Experience in managing your own team (empower a team, set goals, and deliver results)
- Business-level skill or higher both for English and Japanese (Our internal common language is English)
- Basic understanding/interest in blockchain or NFT
Welcomed Skills and Experience:
- Experience in biz-dev or sales in IP/ content-related industries (marketing/ creative agency, entertainment, sports, gaming, publisher, creative content, etc.)
- Experience in B2B sales of software products
- Experience working in English abroad
- Interest in the social implementation of blockchain technology
