Chief Financial Officer

Overview
We are seeking a strategic CFO to lead the finance domain. You will be responsible for fundraising, investor relations, and financial management, helping drive business growth and maximize corporate value.

Once you are here you will:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies (negotiations and engagements with VCs, institutional investors, and financial institutions).
• Regular investor communications and investor relations activities.
• Budget planning, formulation, and management; financial forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Drive and manage all aspects of the IPO preparation process, including coordination with securities firms and auditors.
• Establish financial and management accounting systems and improve financial processes.
• Assist in developing business strategies and participate in executive management meetings.
• Understand and appropriately manage finance and accounting processes unique to the blockchain and NFT sectors.
• Provide financial support for overseas market development and global expansion.

  Who You Are – Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a CFO, financial head, or similar senior finance role within a technology-oriented company.
• Business-level English proficiency (capable of negotiations and presentations).
  
  
  Welcomed Skills and Experience:
• IPO preparation and execution experience.
• Knowledge or experience in blockchain and Web3 sectors (experience with token sales is a plus).
• Experience in international business (particularly in the US, Europe, Middle East, or Asia).
