As generative AI adoption grows, so does the need to trade and manage GPU servers and computing resources. At the same time, establishing hardware authenticity and provenance, and understanding how resources are used, remains a challenge.

Startbahn aims to improve transparency in the GPU market by combining authenticity verification and provenance management developed in art and culture with wallet-based identity verification through Licensed User Wallets (LUWs). The proposed U.S. Remote Access Security Act (RASA) also highlights the need to verify who accesses advanced computing resources. We plan to address applicable requirements as the rules develop.
